Actualizing Equity: A Community Gathering

Join us for an invigorating discussion about racial equity, economic opportunity, coalition organizing, public policy, community health and more.

As a Minnesota Delegation begins to form and prepare to attend the next PolicyLink national Equity Summit (April 11-13, 2018 in Chicago), we are pulling together like-minded community leaders, activists and public sector officials for a shared conversation on the challenges we face in the Twin Cities in building and restoring our beloved community.

The program agenda includes welcoming remarks, our keynote speaker: Dr. Michael McAfee, President of PolicyLink, followed by a local reactor panel of community leaders, plus audience Q&A.

We’ll examine opportunities on our collective horizon for advancing an equity agenda, particularly at the local and metro/regional level. We’ll also gather afterwards informally in the atrium.
