The Southwest LRT is a critical opportunity to increase economic prosperity and advance racial equity in North Minneapolis, as well as across the greater city and region. Our coalition of 20+ partner organizations has developed targeted strategies that will create wealth and economic opportunity.
We outlined the Equity Commitments for the Southwest LRT, and our recommendations have gained traction with project decision-makers who agree with us that communities of color along the entire Green Line deserve equitable benefits from this major public project.
