We are proud to announce that Alliance staff Owen Duckworth and David Trinh will serve on our leadership team as interim Co-Directors!

2026 has been a year of organizational change and growth: our executive director stepped down, and the Alliance board of directors and staff have stepped up to carry out our vision for a vibrant and equitable Twin Cities region.

We’re not in it alone: it takes the strength and collective power of all of our member organizations and coalitions to ensure growth and development decisions, policies, and investments are centered in the needs and expertise of low-wealth people and Black, Indigenous, Immigrant, and People of Color.
